Perfect Coating offers abrasive blasting and industrial coating services for heavy industry structures with the ability to source coatings for every industrial need including coatings for fireproofing, heat resistant, epoxies and food grade epoxies. Blasting is operated at Perfect Coating’s facilities or offsite at specific location based on client’s requirement as needed.
Our Services
Abrasive Blasting
The operation of mechanically forcing high pressured abrasives against a material to remove contaminants, roughen and smoothen a variety of surfaces. Blasting is the ideal surface preparation for removing unwanted materials such as paint, rust and weld marks while maintaining the surface in tact.
Centrifugal Blasting
The process of using multiple wheel-operated blasting and conveyor system to shot peen, etch or surface cleaning materials. This automation process allows large production of blasting to be completed in a short amount of time while maintaining a consistent cleaning standard.
Dustless Blasting
A form of wet abrasive blasting that can efficiently remove paint and contaminants on a variety of surfaces. The vapour process assist in degreasing process while minimizes dust circulation and cleanup. This creates better flexibility in areas that are usually inaccessible to abrasive blasting.
Protective Coating
The application of paint materials on another surface to create barrier resistance. It is commonly sprayed on to increase corrosion, wear and water resistance in order to extend the service life of materials. Coatings can be applied in single or multi-layer depending on project specifications.
Storage Tank Lining
Tank linings are often used to protect the interior surfaces from constant chemical attack due to the corrosive nature of the storage material. It offers the highest corrosion protection and toughness against reactive products such as crude oil, seawater and chemical substances.
Off-Site Painting
PCSB offers smooth and uninterrupted repair and maintenance offsite coating for even the most demanding industry. Aside from our selection of paint suitable to meet the challenges of site works, we posses the technical knowledge of special requirements such as certifications, mounting and transportation.
